(Refund Policy for A K Mega Electronics Limited)

Customers who pre-book a vehicle by providing all the necessary details will be eligible for a refund of the booking amount up until the final order is verified by the relevant authorities and the remaining steps of the transaction are initiated.

If a customer decides to cancel the booking after the vehicle payment process has begun, the booking amount will not be refunded. In such cases, we reserve the right to use the booking amount to cover the cancellation and administrative costs.

Please note that the booking amount remains refundable only until the full payment for the vehicle is made by the customer.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

Returns will only be accepted in cases that fall under the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.

Please also note that customers are only eligible for a refund of the booking amount. Once the full purchase price of the vehicle has been paid, no refund will be issued.
